About this role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, handle inquires timely, preform the new client intake process, and coordinate meetings and follow ups.
- Customer service: Respond promptly to attorney and client requests for service and assistance; prompt engagements to clients.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, organizing client/case files, courthouse runs, receptionist-style duties.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks that support office efficiency and workflow as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher, relevant work experience in the legal field is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with MyCase is a plus.
- Strong professional demeanor and communication, phone etiquette, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
