Seasonal Maintenance Team Member (Part-Time to Full-Time)
May – October | Flexible Hours | Pay Based on Experience
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team for the busy summer season! This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for flexible, outdoor work. No extensive experience required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Help maintain and improve the property, buildings, and outdoor spaces
- Assist with basic repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep
- Support pool and facility maintenance (training provided)
- Use tools and equipment safely to complete daily tasks
- Work as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly

- Reliable and able to follow through on tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs frequently
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable being active, standing, and working outside in various weather conditions
Bonus (Not Required)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing/PVC
- Landscaping experience
- Familiarity with small equipment or machine maintenance
