- Lead the Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable support, and Corporate Credit Card functions.
- Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and service levels across Shared Services.
- Drive automation initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline manual processes.
- Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to standardize processes across newly acquired businesses.
- Serve as a key business partner during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business processes.
- Mentor and develop managers and team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build credibility with existing teams by understanding current processes before implementing change.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective support for business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience within Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Accounting Operations.
- Experience leading Accounts Payable, Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable functions.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills with the ability to gain buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working within a growing, multi-location, or acquisition-driven environment is preferred.
- Project-based billing or construction, utility, engineering, industrial services, or related industry experience is a plus.
