Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate external audit activities and serve as the primary liaison for auditors
- Prepare and analyze audit support documentation for internal and external audits
- Assist with benefit plan audits, including financial statement preparation
- Research technical accounting matters (IFRS and US GAAP)
- Support internal controls and SOX-related processes
- Contribute to audit reporting and identify process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 1–3 years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
