Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger accounting for multiple business units (excluding inventory), including preparation of recurring and non-recurring journal entries
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Perform and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconcile intercompany balances and collaborate with internal partners to resolve discrepancies
- Analyze intercompany transactions and provide insights as needed
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages to support external (SEC) reporting requirements
- Maintain and upload financial data within the company’s consolidation system (e.g., OneStream)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing finance transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a publicly traded company
- CPA or active progress toward CPA strongly preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to public company reporting and SOX compliance
