Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM and 4:00–4:30 PM (consistent weekly schedule required)

About Our Process

Requirements
- Accounts Payable (primary focus) and Accounts Receivable support
- Review and approve expense reports in Concur
- Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks
- Support inventory-related accounting activities
- Utilize Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, sorting, filtering)
- Willingness to self-learn and become proficient in SAP B1 using available resources
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional and can-do personality
Sherpa offers benefits to contract employees who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
- Medical plan offered is BCBSNC Blue Options PPO
- Premiums will be pre-taxed
- Sherpa pays a portion of the Employee only premium for medical
- 90 day waiting period from date of hire
