CompanyBox is looking for a part-time Accountant join our growing team. Responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks. Duties include assisting in the daily office needs and providing support to the accounting/HR department.
- Responsible for managing Accounts Payable process. Enter match packing lists to invoices and enter into ERP system for processing. Match checks to invoice and mail.
- Record daily bank transactions.
- Deposit checks and apply cash receipts into ERP system.
- Month-end accounting support; journal entires, balance sheet reconciliations and bank account reconciliations
- Assist in additional areas, as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
