Key Responsibilities
Cost Management & Analysis
- Lead global cost understanding and reporting standardization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Manage process and product cost analysis projects to improve visibility, consistency, and transparency of manufacturing costs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing variances, cost drivers, and operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate and lead the annual standard cost roll process, including review, validation, analysis, and presentation of cost changes to leadership teams.
- Develop meaningful financial reporting and cost performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Partner closely with manufacturing finance leaders and plant management teams to provide financial insights and decision support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute cost improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance operational and financial performance.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing finance processes and reporting.
- Support product standardization and cost accounting enhancement projects across global operations.
- Collaborate with Finance Systems and Reporting teams on digital transformation initiatives, including reporting automation and analytics improvements.
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, FP&A, operations finance, or related financial analysis roles.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and cost accounting environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with Databricks or similar data analytics platforms.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
