The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, operating efficiently, and meeting ownership objectives while delivering exceptional service to tenants and vendors.
- Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and coordinating tenant improvements and move-ins/move-outs.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense reconciliations.
- Monitor property financial performance, review monthly reports, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Oversee vendor contracts, property maintenance, capital projects, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective performance.
- Coordinate lease administration, including rent collections, lease compliance, renewals, and tenant billing.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, appearance, and operational standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with ownership, asset management, accounting, and leasing teams to achieve portfolio objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of commercial property management experience.
- Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
- Knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and property operations.
