Accountant

Compensation: To $70K

Job Overview – Accountant - 34490

The Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, reconciliations, cash flow, and General Ledger maintenance. This role will ensure accurate financial records in QuickBooks while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

• Manage A/P, A/R, invoicing, billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
• Manage monthly customer invoicing and CBO disbursements.
• Reconcile customer and CBO statements, credits, and account adjustments.
• Maintain customer/account changes in Master View to ensure accurate billing and payments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and franchisees regarding billing and payments.
• Partner with the CPA on monthly financial statements and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support special accounting projects.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong A/P, A/R, GL, reconciliation, and billing experience.
• QuickBooks Desktop experience required.
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
