What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Property Manager position at Morrow & Associates?
Our client is an experienced, full-service commercial real estate company based in Charlotte, with a proven track record in the acquisition, development, and management of Class A industrial parks, office campuses, and mixed-use properties.
They have asked us to help them locate an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. This individual will oversee a mix of commercial office and industrial assets in the Charlotte market.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, year-end forecasts, and expense reconciliations in accordance with owner objectives and management agreements.
- Manage tenant and vendor relationships, overseeing maintenance requests, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses while managing tenant reconciliations and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Support leasing activities by coordinating tenant improvement projects, assisting with lease negotiations, and showing available space when needed.
An ideal candidate will be a team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
This is an on-site role (not hybrid).
