We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume billing operations, including batch processing, and ensure accuracy across multiple billing portals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare, process, and manage high-volume billing batches accurately and on time
- Maintain and update billing records across multiple portals and systems
- Verify billing data, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate billing reports and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Support month-end close processes by providing billing documentation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
- 2–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance roles
- Experience managing high-volume billing and batch processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with multiple billing portals or ERP systems
Sherpa offers benefits to contract employees who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
