Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual content for various digital and print platforms, including social media, website, and in-venue displays.
- Design engaging graphics for social media campaigns, player announcements, and game day promotions.
- Create professional sponsorship materials and presentations that effectively communicate value to partners.
- Assist in the creation of ticketing graphics, promotional flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and design of theme night visuals and special event branding.
- Design and update website graphics and other digital assets to maintain a fresh and engaging online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure all visual assets align with the Sherman Shadowcats brand guidelines and overall strategy.
- Support the design needs for the 2027 schedule release and other key organizational initiatives.
- Undertake other design-related tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall visual success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (academic or personal).
- Passion for sports and a basic understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
