Housekeeping / Environmental Services Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, including daily and discharge cleaning
- Change linens and prepare rooms for incoming patients
- Clean and maintain clinical and non-clinical workspaces
- Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Remove trash, linens, and regulated medical waste safely
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized work areas
- Follow infection control procedures, including cleaning isolation rooms
- Support patient safety and quality standards
- Participate in departmental training and quality improvement activities
