Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires. This role works closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to meet staffing needs efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
- Assist hiring managers in reviewing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, fingerprinting, and physicals.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of all requirements.
- Process new hires in HR systems (Paycom) including I-9 and E-Verify.
- Coordinate and assist with new hire orientation.
- Request IT access and ensure new employees are set up for success.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support job fairs and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
