Responsibilities
- Perform dishwashing duties to ensure all utensils, cookware, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including basic chopping, assembling ingredients, and other prep work.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Support the organization of supplies and ensure proper storage of food items and utensils.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and food items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
