- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold service standards
- Support night audit processes by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management
- Foster guest relations by offering personalized service, sharing local recommendations, and ensuring a memorable stay
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management within a hotel or resort setting
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
