Room Attendant Overview:
First impressions are everything As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring guestrooms are comfortable, inviting ,and clean. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
What you will be doing:
Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
- Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
Job Requirements:
