Room Atte ndant Overview:

First impressions are everything! As a R oom A ttendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting , and clean. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property , ensuring a memorable guest experience .

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests .

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers .
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:
