Job Summary
Shuttle Drivers
We are looking for shuttle drivers to help two weekends a month. This position is a big part of the rider experience. Shuttle drivers are often the first people guests meet, so we need friendly, dependable people who can safely transport riders, answer questions, help guests navigate the park, and represent Shepherd Mountain well.
Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely transport riders up the mountain
- Welcome guests and help create a great experience
- Answer questions about trails, schedules, and the area
- Assist with check-in, merchandise, and general guest needs
- Help keep the Wheelhouse and surrounding areas clean and organized
Requirements for Shuttle Drivers:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Class E license required (written test only)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Friendly attitude and strong people skills
- Dependable and safety-minded
