Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead SAPL (Spray Applied Pipe Lining) and grouting projects. This is a field-driven leadership role overseeing crews, schedules, equipment, and multiple active project sites in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. The ideal candidate has experience in SAPL, grouting, geopolymer lining, spin casting, shotcrete, or bridge rehabilitation and is comfortable managing both field operations and office coordination. This role can be based in St. Petersburg, FL, or Charleston, SC.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage SAPL, grouting, and specialty pipe rehabilitation projects
• Supervise field crews and ensure projects stay on schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Travel to multiple project sites nationwide (air travel required during peak months)
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew logistics
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to management and clients
• Perform other duties as needed to support successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAPL, grouting, Geopolymer Pipe Rehab, Spray Lining, Spin Casting, or Shotcrete/Bridge Rehab
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, reliable, and field-oriented
