This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a book of business by identifying, pursuing, and closing insurance sales opportunities. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, understanding insurance needs, and recommending tailored coverage solutions. The role also requires educating clients about insurance options, guiding them through the enrollment process, and staying updated on industry products, trends, and regulations to meet business and individual insurance needs.

• Experience in Insurance Sales and a deep understanding of insurance products and policies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with policyholders and understand their needs
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and ability to explain their value to clients
• Valid insurance license or willingness to pursue and obtain licensure
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a results-driven environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Familiarity with the Oklahoma City market and previous experience in insurance or sales roles is a plus
