Licensed Insurance Sales Producer (Bilingual Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced, licensed insurance sales professional to join our growing agency in Norman, Oklahoma. This is an opportunity for a motivated producer who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and creating long-term value through insurance and financial services solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable generating business, following up on leads, conducting coverage reviews, and identifying opportunities for life insurance, business insurance, and personal lines protection.

This position is designed for someone who wants to grow professionally, earn based on performance, and become a key contributor to a rapidly growing agency.

Compensation consists of a base salary plus commissions and performance incentives. Successful producers have significant income growth opportunities based on production and client retention.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
• Active Oklahoma Life License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year insurance sales experience REQUIRED
• Proven sales and closing ability
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Experience discussing life insurance and financial protection concepts
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, and commercial insurance
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations
• Generate referrals from existing clients
• Follow up on internet leads and agency-generated prospects
• Perform policy reviews to identify coverage gaps
• Present recommendations and close sales
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
• Meet individual production goals
• Build long-term client relationships
• Assist with community marketing and networking efforts
