Residential Roofing and Construction Sales

This role is commission-based with a draw available. Here is exactly how you get paid:

• Starting commission: 20% of job profit per deal = ~$1,120/deal
• Scales with volume: 21% at 20 installs, 24% at 30, up to 28% at 80 installs (~$1,568/deal)
• $150 weekly bonus when you close 3 or more deals in a week
• Monthly draw up to $3,500 — available to reps maintaining 5 signed closes/month
• Draw is an advance against commission, not a salary
• 50% of commission paid following week of signed contract with deposit
• Self-Gen tier: generate your own leads and earn 38–53% per deal (~$2,128–$2,968/deal)
• Consistent closer: $80,000–$148,000/year | Self-Gen at volume: up to $180,000

Shelley Construction is a GAF Certified Plus, HAAG Master Level residential roofing company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Founded in 2018. Our setter team books your appointments. You show up, get on the roof, present the proposal, and close the deal.

What you will do:

• Canvas and prospect for leads door to door.
• After 10 deals, you will qualify for leads to be generated from our team and close those accounts. (Must maintain a 30% close rate to receive these leads.)
• Conduct roof inspections — get on the roof, take measurements and photos
• Present roofing proposals and guide homeowners through product options
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims where applicable
• Manage a pipeline of 5 or more active deals at all times
• Weekly targets: 3 closed deals, 50% close rate on sat appointments

Who we want:

• 1–3 years of outside, in-home, or field sales experience
• Roofing or home improvement experience a strong plus — not required
• You know how to handle "I need to think about it" without flinching
• Self-managed, pipeline-obsessed, competitive
• Based north of Payson, Utah

Requirements:

• Reliable personal transportation
• Full-time availability with flexible daily scheduling
• Comfortable conducting roof inspections (getting on roofs)
• Strong in-person communication skills
