Shelley Construction is a GAF Certified Plus, HAAG Master Level residential roofing company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Founded in 2018. Our setter team books your appointments. You show up, get on the roof, present the proposal, and close the deal.
What you will do:
- Run pre-set in-home appointments booked by our setter team
- Conduct roof inspections — get on the roof, take measurements and photos
- Present roofing proposals and guide homeowners through product options
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims where applicable
- Manage a pipeline of 5 or more active deals at all times
- Weekly targets: 3 closed deals, 50% close rate on sat appointments

- 1–3 years of outside, in-home, or field sales experience
- Roofing or home improvement experience a strong plus — not required
