What You'll Do
- Generating your own residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Conduct professional roof inspections and identify customer needs.
- Educate homeowners and property owners on repair and replacement options.
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable.
- Prepare estimates and close profitable roofing projects.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.
- Build long-term referral relationships that generate repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous roofing sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to generate your own leads and consistently close sales.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
