As the primary point of contact for the public, you'll assist with educational program coordination, event registrations, communications, scheduling, financial processing, and office operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your administrative expertise with meaningful public service in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do- Support the planning, marketing, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and community events.
- Coordinate registrations, schedules, meetings, and office operations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, educational materials, and program communications.
- Serve as the primary contact for public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with budgeting, invoices, financial records, and administrative reporting.
- Maintain databases, websites, records, and program documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting educators, staff, and community partners.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and public service.
Salary : $21 - $24
