Position Summary
Sharpe Law Group is seeking an experienced, exceptionally organized, and service-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to provide seamless support to two Partners within our boutique estate planning and probate law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm or legal setting, and will thrive in a dynamic, client-focused workplace among colleagues who are committed to learning, teaching, and growing in their careers.
This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a polished, high-functioning environment that supports both our attorneys and our clients at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with clients and advisors
- Answer firm phones, including partners’ direct lines
- Coordinate new client intake for two partners
- Prepare partners for client meetings
- Handle miscellaneous billable and unbillable client work assigned by the partners
- Prepare DocuSign packets for clients
- Run miscellaneous errands for partners as needed, including occasional personal tasks
- Prepare new estate planning client files
- Create and distribute Dropbox links for clients and advisors as needed
- Maintain organization of client communications, calendars, and follow-up items
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting multiple executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
