Position Summary
Sharpe Law Group, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional full-time Estate Planning Paralegal to join our Dallas office. This individual will provide critical support to our attorneys while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every step. The ideal candidate for Sharpe Law Group is organized, personable, resourceful, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client documents for meetings
- Process executed documents for delivery to clients and advisors
- Prepare client correspondence for attorney review
- Assist attorneys with gathering client information
- Assist attorneys with drafting estate planning documents
- Email and mail client documents
- Scan and save documents to client files
- Notarize documents for clients
- Prepare corporate documents and assist with entity formation with various government entities
- Communicate closely with clients and advisors with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in Estate Planning preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required; experience with legal or case management software a plus
