Sharp Management is seeking a results-driven Community Manager to lead the overall performance and operations of one of our apartment communities. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing NOI, managing expenses, leading the onsite team, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
The Community Manager serves as the operational and financial leader of the asset, ensuring leasing goals are met, delinquency is controlled, budgets are adhered to, and company standards are consistently upheld. This individual must be both strategic and hands-on, capable of analyzing financial performance while also motivating a team and engaging with residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Driving occupancy, rental growth, and revenue performance
- Managing property budgets, reviewing financials, and preparing variance explanations
- Overseeing rent collections and delinquency control
- Leading, coaching, and developing onsite team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintaining curb appeal, operational standards, and vendor oversight
- Providing clear communication and reporting to Regional leadership
