Maintenance Technician
Sharp Management is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of our apartment community. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, safety, and overall resident satisfaction of the property.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders in a timely and professional manner, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and ensuring the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Completing service requests in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Assisting with apartment turns, including repairs and preventive maintenance
- Maintaining grounds, common areas, and curb appeal
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues
- Following safety procedures and company policies
- Participating in on-call rotations as required
