The Assistant Community Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the community, with a strong focus on financial performance, collections, leasing support, and resident relations. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for managing rent collections, enforcing delinquency processes, maintaining accurate resident ledgers, and supporting financial reporting. This individual will also assist with leasing efforts, including managing the prospect pipeline, supporting conversion, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the leasing experience.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Community Manager serves as a key support to the onsite team and helps ensure consistency in processes, communication, and execution.
