Essential Functions- Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful completion.
- Manage large enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders and contracted resources.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
- Define roles and responsibilities for users and project team members.
- Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
- Coordinate stakeholder activities to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide intermediate project managers, including training recommendations.
- Experience in IT Project Management and digital transformation.
- Experience working on large state software projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, IT systems development, and project tools.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
- Ability to build project plans, risk registers, and resolve issues with technical teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and oversight of final project deliverables. Lead end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
