A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Data Analyst. This role is HYBRID in Raymond, OH- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, and business stakeholders) to understand source data, data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Interpret data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead data-related project activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Follow company’ s data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide technical support.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management.
• Ability to lead and manage tasks and activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
