Job Title: Field Network Engineer

Location: Onsite

Employment Type: Contract


Must-Have Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with rack & stack, structured cabling, and WLC installations
  • Strong understanding of fiber connectivity and patching
  • Ability to coordinate with remote support teams during deployment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Stage equipment prior to cutover
  • Install 2 x Cisco 9800 WLCs per site
  • Perform power and network cross-connections, including switchport verification
  • Install and connect SFP modules, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet patch cords as required
  • Support cutover and validate installation with remote teams
