Job Description:
We are seeking a Network Field Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure at client and company sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network devices, connectivity troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless devices.
- Perform on-site network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with network installation and support.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking solutions.
