EUC Engineer (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly preventive maintenance on servers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, UPS, and access control
- Conduct daily health checks and share reports with the IT team
- Respond to and resolve incidents as per SLA
- Troubleshoot and configure VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims and hardware replacement
- Maintain IT asset inventory and document configuration changes
- Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications
- Submit daily, incident, and monthly reports with RCA when required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise IT and EUC support
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi
- Firewalls and VPNs
- Servers, CCTV, UPS, access control
- Laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Ability to work autonomously and meet SLAs
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA, CompTIA Network , CompTIA A , or M365
