Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and basic networking.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
