Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day deskside/end-user support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with device imaging, deployment, and upgrades.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and enterprise tools.
Handle printer, scanner, and peripheral device support.
Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation of all support activities.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
Provide support for scheduled rollouts, migrations, or IT projects.
Communicate effectively with end-users and ensure high-quality service.
Required Skills & Experience
2 years of hands-on experience in EUC/Desktop support.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, laptop/desktop hardware, and peripheral devices.
Experience with device imaging and deployment (SCCM, Intune, or similar).
Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPN, and remote support tools.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
