Entry Level Bilingual Intake Specialist

Our Intake Specialists at Shane Smith Law spend the majority of their day speaking with potential clients, identifying solid cases, and advocating for our firm to handle said cases. This position offers the ability to gain valuable knowledge pertaining to the legal world and more specifically personal injury cases. You would be interacting with a competitive team looking to hit their goal each month and help as many clients as possible while doing so!

Salary: $20.19 an hour

Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM with an hour for lunch

We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed individual to join our growing Intake team. The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:

• Strong communication skills – both oral and written in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment to achieve departmental goals
• Professionalism
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Competitive spirit
• Ability to make a large number of calls a day

If chosen to join our team, you will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to potential clients to see if we can take their case
• Gathering initial information from potential clients
• Taking inbound calls from potential clients
• Discerning facts about cases and whether or not our attorneys would be able to help the potential client

This position is vital to the smooth operations of the firm, and as an Intake Specialist you will have the opportunity to help propel the firm toward growth!

Preferred Experience:

• At least 1 year in a customer service setting
• Sales experience
• No legal experience required
