We are a personal injury law firm in Charlotte, NC seeking a friendly and compassionate individual to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Professionalism, Accountability, and Flexibility
If chosen to join our team, you will be responsible for:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Greeting clients and providers that come to the office, directing them to the proper personnel
- Monitoring the conference room calendar for meetings throughout the day
- Properly and accurately distributing checks to clients who prefer to pick them up in office
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and lobby
This position is vital to the smooth operations of the firm. As our Receptionist you will have the opportunity to help the firm grow within the community!
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Reception experience in an office setting is a plus
