Position Overview

As a Lease-Up Manager, you’ll play a vital role in introducing new residents to our beautiful community. You’ll guide prospective residents through the leasing process, showcase our property’s unique features, and help build excitement and momentum during our lease-up phase. Your friendly personality and strong communication skills will help ensure every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors and prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct community tours, highlighting amenities, features, and lifestyle benefits
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist applicants with the leasing process, including applications, verifications, and lease signings
• Follow up with prospective residents to nurture relationships and secure leases
• Maintain accurate records of leads, leases, and follow-ups in the property management system
• Support marketing efforts by assisting with events, social media, and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals and ensure a seamless move-in experience
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (lease-up experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and leasing software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, positive, and self-motivated demeanor
