Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors and prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct community tours, highlighting amenities, features, and lifestyle benefits
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including applications, verifications, and lease signings
- Follow up with prospective residents to nurture relationships and secure leases
- Maintain accurate records of leads, leases, and follow-ups in the property management system
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with events, social media, and outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals and ensure a seamless move-in experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (lease-up experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and leasing software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated demeanor
