Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with staff education, development, and performance management
- Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident satisfaction and clinical excellence
- Help maintain proper staffing, scheduling, and workflow across all nursing units
- Registered Nurse (RN) – active and in good standing in the State of Virginia
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and support clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory or ADON experience preferred
