- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support residents in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Provide reminders and assistance with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call systems
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
- Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to assist with lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
