General Qualifications:

• Must be a self-motivated employee
• Ability to inspect, grade, and pack finished goods without supervision.
• Must be able to make fine discernment of defects, shading and colors of filaments and packages in various lighting conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to waist height repetitively and occasionally lift to 75 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all employees including operators, team leaders, maintenance personnel, and management
• Position will be Days position, working 8:30 am to 5 pm.
• Computer literacy and the ability to be trained for computer use
• Licensed forklift driver preferred. Training can be offered.
• Must be quality and detailed orientated
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory
• Warehouse housekeeping

Safety:

• Participation in safety audits including but not limited to emergency equipment audits, procedural audits, and area audits
• Participation in Shift Safety Meetings and Safety Committee Meetings as requested

Inventory:

• Coordinate supplies – restocking and ordering
• Weekly counts of critical raw materials and packaging
• Assist with monthly raw material physical inventory
• Participate and lead 5S projects in warehouse

Quality/Packout:

• Assist with grading and packaging of finished goods
• Verify correct raw materials are being made available for production via job BOM
• Gather information from off-quality (rewinds, Q3s, and scrap) product for Pareto
• Transfer finished goods to warehouse racks, complete inventory transactions in inventory management system
• Pick orders to be shipped, Load/Unload trucks.
• Safely operate shrink wrap machine, box lifter, and stretch wrap machine
• Perform receiving transactions, print inventory labels, and move and transfer to racks physically and within inventory management system
