Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic omni-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. This role combines leadership, creativity, and analytical expertise to manage campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Business Managers and cross-functional partners to strengthen our industry position, elevate our brands, and deliver innovative marketing solutions that resonate with customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own and influence every aspect of our marketing strategy, including:

  • Strategic Leadership

o Define and execute a global marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and market share.

o Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan for existing and new markets.

o Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and deliver measurable results.

  • Brand & Product Development

o Lead the development and positioning of multiple brands in the Outdoor Power Equipment and Marine/Military antenna markets.

o Drive successful new product launches and oversee packaging and promotional initiatives.

o Create compelling marketing assets, including POP displays, catalogs, digital content, and advertising campaigns.

o Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for products and packaging.

  • Customer Engagement & Insights

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

o Conduct consumer research and segmentation analysis to identify new business opportunities.

o Provide actionable insights to fuel product innovation and category growth.

o Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.

  • Team & Resource Management

o Manage internal and external marketing resources, fostering collaboration and creativity.

o Develop standardized sales presentation tools and training materials for global use.

  • Market Presence

o Represent Shakespeare at trade shows and industry events to strengthen visibility and market positioning.

o Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience

o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

o Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing management roles.

o Proven history of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.

o Background in product management, marketing strategy, or graphic design preferred.

  • Skills & Attributes

o Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to completion.

o Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce strategies.

o Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.

o Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
