This position can be tailored to a candidate's experience, future goals, and availability/scheduling needs (part time or full time).* Key Job Responsibilities:Complete marketing training and follow all Chick-fil-A brand standards, specifically related to marketing/communications/brandingAdhere to and actively promote the Chick-fil-A Yearly/Seasonal Campaign and Rollout CalendarParticipate in monthly marketing call; be active in learning through marketing groups and interacting with other Marketing leadersCreate and implement a comprehensive and effective marketing plan to grow brand awareness and sales in our communityBuild brand awareness and engage the communities of Forest Acres and Fort JacksonPlan and execute proven and creative strategies to systematically grow sales Creating and executing a social media strategy Proactively grow our catering business through local businesses, schools, upcoming events in our community, etc.Manage/oversee catering process from start to completion: contact, order, confirmation, execution, and follow up Regular and consistent execution of sampling of menu items in the restaurantUtilizing the Chick-fil-A Cow to promote brand awareness and funCreate and execute suggestive selling competitions for the team monthly Plan, promote, and execute marketing events in order to reach more people and add value to the communityDeveloping and overseeing strategic partnerships with highly regarded local brands, focused in the areas of school, sports, and/or families/kidsWorking at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
