Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is currently looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team in our Concord, NH office. The hours for this position are 12:30pm-5:00pm Monday – Friday; however, must be flexible in case morning or full day coverage is needed. The ideal candidate is a professional with an upbeat personality, and a willingness to assist our clients in a pleasant manner.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To
- Answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Handling intake calls as back up to our intake specialist team
- Greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive
- Scheduling meetings/appointments in Outlook calendar
- Maintaining the conference rooms
- Handling monetary transactions, such as cash, checks, and credit card payments from clients
- Retrieving mail at the Concord Post Office
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a receptionist
- Must be able to handle a multi-line phone system
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Must have excellent administrative skills
- Must have reliable transportation
