Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented full-time Personal Injury Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to work with their personal injury staff in the Dover, NH office. To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To
- Requesting medical records and bills
- Organization of medical records and bills
- Assist legal assistants/paralegals with personal injury files
- Utilizing communications skills via phone with medical providers and billing offices
- Assisting in drafting client documents when necessary
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a law firm or office environment
- Must have excellent phone skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word/Outlook and Excel
- Must have excellent typing skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
