What you'll do
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Sometimes responding directly to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and data entry tasks.
- Ensure outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks (we can teach you) for bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to maintain high-quality standards in all communications.
- Managing office and field supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, leveraging Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in clerical roles or administrative support positions.
